Brighter Day Senior Living Solutions was born from Angela Bingham’s personal experience. After struggling to find adequate care for her elder father, Angela faced a problem many may face, but few may talk about: finding adequate care and support based on a senior’s needs and abilities. When Angela realized she didn’t know the answer, she created her own. To get her solution in motion, she came to Sauce.
Brighter Day Senior Living Solutions was a concept, but Angela needed help in order to tell her story and showcase her services. Developing the brand from the ground up and ensuring she had a foundation that could keep her business helping other families in the MidSouth for years to come would be paramount.
Our goal was to equip Angela with all of the tools she would need to manage Brighter Day’s online presence. At Sauce, we offer more than just the aesthetics; we’re committed to providing our clients with all of the information and understanding necessary to succeed.
In order to help Angela grow her business smarter, we set up a Simmer Session to deep-dive into her organization and find the “why” behind her desire to help place seniors into care facilities. Through careful research and analysis, we determined the best way to help Angela stand out among other national services was to share her and her father’s story while curating copy that hits on the pain-points of other families dealing with the same tough decisions. Angela’s website now allows people struggling with placing family members into care facilities to find the right fit based on their needs at absolutely no cost to the family or senior. By sharing Angela’s story on her website, her clients understand why this cause is important to her as well as letting them know they are not alone in this decision process.
